What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No fixed MOQ. We specialize in small-to-medium batch production.
How do I get a quote? What do you need from me?
Send your drawings (PDF, STEP, DWG, IGES) and quantity requirements to marketing@wintec-machining.com. We respond within 24 hours with a feasibility assessment and quotation.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Turning to ±0.002–±0.005mm and milling to ±0.005mm, with full dimensional inspection on dual Zeiss CMM machines.
What materials can you machine?
Aluminum alloys, stainless steel (304/316L), copper alloys and engineering plastics, plus machining of gravity-cast and investment-cast blanks.
Can you handle surface treatment?
Yes. We work with long-term local specialist surface treatment partners for anodizing, plating, chemical nickel, black oxide, alodine, passivating, DLC and powder coating.
Do you support small-batch production?
Yes. We focus on small-to-medium batch, multi-variety production.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with Zeiss CMM and other inspection equipment.
What is your lead time and how do you ship?
Lead time is confirmed after reviewing drawings, material and quantity. International shipping is available via DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight.
